Esperienza magnifica!

La mia ragazza ed io abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza splendida a Podere Casa Al Vento, accolti con grande gentilezza dalla famiglia che gestisce l’azienda con passione e cura. In una prima fase, abbiamo fatto una passeggiata tra i vigneti dell’azienda, accompagnati da racconti sui processi di lavorazione e sulle tematiche fondamentali che riguardano la produzione di questi vini eccellenti. La degustazione successiva si è svolta all’aperto da dove si può ammirare il panorama dell’incontaminata campagna circostante. Al termine della degustazione è possibile assaggiare anche il loro ottimo olio servito su bruschette con aglione. Nel complesso un’esperienza magnifica che non solo permette di apprezzare il gusto e l’odore del vino, ma anche di comprendere tutto il lavoro e i sacrifici necessari per produrlo.

Esperienza bellissima, sono andato lì con la mia ragazza per una degustazione, pensavamo fosse una degustazione di gruppo “classica” e alla fine ci ritroviamo in una degustazione privata perché eravamo solo noi, Paolo è stato gentilissimo fin da subito facendoci fare il giro tra le vigne prima di farci immergere nei suoi ottimi vini, accompagnati da un piccolo tagliere di salame e formaggio e dei crostini con olio e aglio, ovviamente ci siamo fatti una scorta di vini da portare a casa.
Torneremo sicuramente
