Tasting in Valpolicella
Splendid place, with a knowledgeable and passionate guide. Wonderful experience.
The only "flaw": perhaps the group was a bit too large. I wasn't able to fully appreciate the tasting moment because the very talented sommelier rightly had to give a general presentation and then translate it into English for the foreign guests.
I would suggest smaller groups so as to be able to "follow" the guests a bit more during the tasting.
I am attending a course to become a sommelier and I would have liked to talk and exchange views more with the sommelier who led the wine tasting moment.

Feedback
1,5 hours and 31 Euro is to expensive since you have one guide and 20 guest on the tour.
At the do always finnish the tour in the shop to have guests to shop. Now we did leave after the wine tasting without passing the shop.

Superb experience
The castle is magnificent and the tour fascinating - explaining well the process to produce amarone -
It would have been nice to visit the vineyards as well

Beautiful place, excellent wine,
Stunning estate and a tasting with all the typical wines of Valpolicella and more... The Chardonnay and Merlot were a surprise, really excellent! Helpful support during the tasting, the staff was also very kind and helpful! Recommended.
