The experience includes a visit to the modern wine cellar, designed by the prestigious architects of Studio Valle in Rome, with the aim of reducing mechanical assistance to a minimum. Built with natural materials and with measures to obtain constant and optimal temperatures in the wine ageing area. Perfectly integrated into the landscape, with a breathtaking view of the Valdichiana.

ENGAGING
Fantastic experience, even though the weather wasn't on our side. Riccardo managed to make even the most technical parts simple, capturing our interest right from the start! Excellent tasting, delicious wines and accompaniment.
The only suggestion I can offer is regarding the time dedicated to the tasting part, unfortunately a bit fast compared to the number of samples (which I wouldn't change). I would leave a little more time for the final part. Thanks for everything!

Excellent wines and delicious oil
We went for my girlfriend's birthday. Right away they welcomed us and made us feel at home. We started the tasting of local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by the oil of their production (we had them bring us more bread several times because that oil was fabulous!!). The wines are excellent and the service even more so. They explained the aromatic notes of the wine and answered every question. What can I say, an experience to recommend.

Winery tour, starting from the vineyards and ending with a tasting of 7 Icario wines.
Cecilia was our guide; knowledgeable, and with simplicity and passion she took us on a journey through the local specialties.
We will definitely be back in the spring, I recommend it!!
