Truffle Hunting & 3-course All-truffle tasting menu at Maison aux Mille Truffes

Welcome to the House of a Thousand Truffles, located between Dijon and Beaune in the surroundings of vineyards and fields!

You will first be welcomed by Thierry or Nicolas who will explain to you the truffle sector, from harvesting to marketing, including the development of truffle products under their L'Or des Valois brand. Then they will accompany you in the showroom to explain the natural cycle of the truffle and answer all your questions. Later, you will head to the park for the truffle hunting demonstration with Julio or Taïga, the estate's faithful 4-legged friends.

Finally, head back to the terrace for an all-truffle tasting. The tasting menu is composed of 3 courses and varies according to the season. An example of the menu follows: a small glass of ratatruffe, toasts with an assortment of truffle charcuterie and truffle cheese, and, to finish, pannacotta with Burgundian truffle. The tasting menu includes 1 glass of wine, too.
