Your adventure into the world of Tuscan wine begins in an intimate and evocative corner of the hamlet, guided by a passionate sommelier, ready to reveal the secrets enclosed in each goblet. We will open the first bottle for a sparkling toast: a fine, lively bubble that dances lightly on the tongue, awakening the senses like the cool breeze that blows through the vines in the morning. Next, the goblet fills with red, full-bodied, and generous like the heart of Tuscany. It is a wine that speaks of earth and sun, of patient harvests and expert hands. Every sip tells of the passion of the vine-dressers and the richness of the soil that gives life to juicy clusters. As the wine slides into your mouth, our sommelier guides you to discover nuances and aftertastes, each noting a memory of the sun-kissed hills. And then, the climax: the Nobile di Montepulciano, a wine that encapsulates the very essence of Tuscany. Elegant, deep, with a personality that reveals itself slowly, just like the ancient stone roads leading to medieval villages. This symphony of wines will be accompanied by a generous platter of local cured meats and cheeses: discover robust and authentic flavors that match perfectly with each glass, enhancing the subtlest and deepest notes of each wine. Cured hams, salamis, and sheep's milk cheeses, each bearing its own history, will intertwine with the wines in perfect harmony.  The wine tasting can be held in our garden during the summer, in the DolcianoTre RestoBar, or the Piazzetta Dolciano outdoor area.
