Casa Fraccaroli, one of the oldest mansions in the area, built in 1790 and located in Piazza di Castelrotto consists of a Venetian Villa with an old cellar in the basement, a rustic countryhouse, a large olive grove, and a boutique winery - Azienda Agricola Borghetti  - that produces the classic wines of Valpolicella. A villa passed from generation to generation, which has always remained in the family, opens its doors for you to enjoy a daytime tour of the cellar and barrel room, to learn about the evolution and winemaking processes used by Borghetti Giampiero, the current owner of the entire structure.

After a tour of the boutique winery, you will have the opportunity to taste 5 iconic Valpolicella wines, accompanied by breadsticks and taralli: Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Corvina, Amarone, and Recioto.
