Here is what's in store for you
Welcome to Cantine Zuffa in Imola for a special tour for real wine and gourmet lovers.
With this tour, you will see a family-owned winery in its 5th Generation, that combines the winemaking tradition with the best available technology - guided by Augusto who is the expert in organic winemaking and who is also the author of the “Manuale del Biologico”, a handbook about organic production that has been written for Italian Universities. See in-depth how the organic wine-making process takes place.
At the end of the tour... comes the tasting! Your tasting lunch or dinner will be composed of organic nitrite- and sulfite-free local appetizers, 2 homemade pasta dishes, a main course, a side dish, and a dessert, all with organic, PDO, PGI, and traditional products paired with 10 great wines including Sparkling, Frizzante, Still White, Red, Sweet Wines, and Fortified Wines. Second servings of both wines and food will be provided if you'd like.
After the tasting, you also have the possibility to purchase your favorite wine which can be shipped all over the world.

Abbiamo visitato la cantina Zuffa in un giorno festivo, grazie ad Augusto, che è stato disposto ad aprire eccezionalmente solo per noi.
Si è dimostrato da subito una persona cordiale e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la sua preparazione e spiccata curiosità su tanti argomenti. Abbiamo apprezzato la passione e il grande senso di responsabilità di Augusto nei confronti di un'eredità che si tramanda da almeno 3 generazioni.
La cantina è immersa nel verde delle campagne imolesi ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada principale.
A tavola abbiamo potuto gradire diversi vini e piatti con prodotti tipici del territorio coltivati e allevati in loco o in zona.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati accolti da Augusto in un ambiente familiare e super curato.
La Passione con cui ci ha raccontato la storia della sua famiglia ed il percorso in vigna sono state entusiasmanti.
Cibo della tradizione emiliano-romagnola fatto in casa e di qualità . Antipasto con prodotti locali non banali e piada fatta dalla cuoca, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere.. Lasagne Verdi Ottime (detto da un bolognese),
Il vino in abbinamento è stato perfetto , abbiamo degustato 12 tipi di vino differenti, dallo Spumante Brut Gran couvee al Rosè , passando da un grande Albana (che ho acquistato e aperto il giorno dopo con un piatto di tortellini in Brodo di cappone) per finire con il famoso Sangiovese (Expo 2015).
Grande esperienza....
Per fortuna esistono ancora persone come Augusto con grande cultura enologica (e non solo). Imprenditori che credono nel valore del nostro territorio e delle relazioni personali..

Esperienza fantastica
Il tour e degustazione presso le Cantine Zuffa è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la cortesia e grande competenza con cui Augusto accoglie gli ospiti e illustra il processo di vinificazione e le caratteristiche dei suoi vini; la degustazione poi è stata oltre le aspettative per la qualità e varietà dei vini proposti, ognuno con una propria personalità ben marcata, per l'abbinamento con i piatti, i tempi e il luogo.
È un'esperienza che mi sento davvero di consigliare sotto tutti gli aspetti e che mi ha reso felice, e poi i vini della Cantina Zuffa sono assolutamente da provare!

Il nostro lavoro è molto impegnativo, forse troppo.
Le vigne non attendono le ferie, il freddo, il caldo e gli ospiti non attendono il lunedì e gli orari di ufficio, si lavora quindi 7 giorni su 7 dal mattino prestissimo alla sera tardissimo.
Queste recensioni, questi apprezzamenti ci danno la forza e la motivazione di continuare perché significa che tutta la nostra fatica e il nostro impegno hanno lasciato un segno, hanno reso partecipi altre persone del nostro sogno di emozionare e dare piacere alle persone attraverso i nostri vini e i nostri piatti.

A superb authentic experience
Augusto was a very knowledgeable and warm host as if we’d been invited into his house. It was raining when we arrived and he even picked us up from the bus! He passionately explained the workings of the winery and the characteristics of each wine we tasted, accompanied by an excellent “many course” meal. Overall an educational and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Best wine tasting experience around
To start the staff was so welcoming and accommodating! The owner knowledge of the wine palates as well as the process was impressive. The wines they choose were amazing and complimented the food perfectly. The food and wine was to die for! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Con mia moglie ci siamo fatti guidare da Augusto nella descrizione del percorso che porta dalla preparazione del terreno alla creazione della vigna, al raccolto, alla lavorazione, .....al calice di vino.
Augusto con competenza e passione riesce a portarti in un viaggio fantastico che termina a tavola con ottimi piatti della tradizione locale degustando i vini frutto di 5 generazioni di cura e lavoro.

Augusto our host was very welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. Great food and even better wines at the of the tour. We were a group of 5 and we all highly recommend it to all wine lovers visiting the area.

Beautiful organic wines
We visited the winery on a Friday and took the 101 bus from Bologna. Augusto was really helpful with directions etc and picked us up from the bus stop. We had a very knowledgeable tour of the winery and the manufacturing process from Augusto and it’s clear he is a very skilled artist / scientist! Following that the selections of organic wines to taste with lunch were B-road which is great if you’re looking to try wines you havnt had before.
The selection of cured meats offered as an appetiser were delicious and were better than some of the high end meats we had purchased in Bologna! All in all a great experience with a great host.
