Enjoy this special experience in the heart of Valdobbiadene Prosecco at Guia Winery.

You'll have the opportunity to live an experiental tour in the vineyards ”Rive” di Guia, World Heritage Site UNESCO; then you'll follow with a tour of the wine cellar, located in the countryside of Valdobbiadene in the World Heritage site. You’ll see how the wines are made, followed by a tasting of three Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Sparkling wines and two frizzanti: one traditional refermented in the bottle. All paired with fresh bread and local cheeses and salami.

Ottima esperienza a Guia di Valdobbiadene (TV) in una località veramente splendida. Edoardo, la nostra guida, ci ha condotti in visita alla vigna, alla cantina ed infine alla degustazione di 5 diverse varietà di Prosecco, spiegandoci la storia e le tecniche di questo prodotto unico, fiore all'occhiello della produzione vinicola italiana, conosciuto ormai in tutto il Mondo. Consigliatissimo.

2 ore molto interessanti. Esposizione delle rive ottima da est a ovest. Proprietari molto accoglienti e molto preparati nonostante la giovane età. Ottimi anche gli assaggi che accompagnavano i vini. Consiglio vivamente la visita

Tutto bene , mi aspettavo una visita della cantina con illustrazione dei vari procedimenti. Assaggi ottimi , vini di nostro gradimento , compreso assaggio di salumi e formaggi. Ottima zona panoramica. Accoglienza familiare e rilassante.

The Guia winery is located in an absolutely quintessential Italian mountainside vineyard setting. The hostess is a 3rd generation owner/winemaker who regaled us with familial tales of harvests and feasts.

We capped the tour with a fantastic array of prosecco - my fave the Extra Brut.

Put Guia on your bucket list.

La degustazione presso la cantina Guia è stata una bellissima esperienza. La guida ci ha mostrato la cantina, i vigneti e ci ha spiegato il tutto con molta chiarezza e professionalità. La degustazione poi prevedeva l’assaggio di tre vini diversi accompagnati da degli ottimi salumi e formaggi.
Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti e consigliamo a tutti questa esperienza!

Il tour è iniziato con la visita a uno dei vigneti dell'azienda, qui Edoardo inizia a spiegarci come si lavora nella zona, dopo si prosegue con la vista alla cantina facendoci vedere come lavoravano e il risultato finale.
Il tutto si conclude con la degustazione dei vini della azienda con la relativa spiegazione.
Per la nostra esperienza tutto ci ha soddisfatto e ringraziamo Edoardo per la sua ospitalità.

Ho voluto regalare al mio ragazzo una degustazione alla cantina Guia per apprezzare e conoscere meglio la storia del prosecco.
Edoardo è stato molto bravo, dettagliato e ci ha fatto conoscere la sua realtà e attraverso il buonissimo vino che la sua famiglia con estrema passione produce! Peccato per il meteo che non ci ha permesso il giro alle vigne.

It was my first time learning how prosecco was made. I was very surprised on the different methods and flavour profiles. Really enjoyed the wine served on the tasting and appreciated the cheese and snacks provided as well. The explanation and the hospitality was also top! It was a shame that I did not have the luggage to take some bottles with me.
