The experience begins in the winery's elegant tasting room with an introduction related to the Prosecco territory through a brief informative tour of its appellations and production methods, with a focus on the talent of the Cartizze area. Then, during the detailed sensory analysis (visual, olfactory, and taste), you will have the opportunity to taste four Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines:
- VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI Cartizze BRUT (5 g/L)
- VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI Cartizze DRY (20 g/L)
- VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT (2 g/L)
- VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY (13 g/L)
In combination with these four types of sparkling wines, breadsticks will be served, as well as two types of cheese, Grana Padano DOP and Piave DOP, naturally lactose-free, and a Fregolotta cake.
The tour will then continue in the outdoor spaces where your guides will explain the winemaking method in cement and steel tanks. Afterward, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a walk next to the 100-year-old Cartizze vines and learn notions about vineyard care and ORGANIC cultivation, and, finally, climb up to the vantage point from which you will enjoy a splendid view of the Unesco Heritage hills.
