The wine experience is held in the winery's elegant and modern tasting room. It will begin with an introduction related to the Prosecco territory through a brief informative tour of its appellations, production methods, and with a focus on the talent of the Cartizze area.
Then, during the detailed sensory analysis (visual, olfactory, and taste), you will have the opportunity to taste four Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze:
- VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI Cartizze BRUT (5 g/L)
- VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI Cartizze DRY (20 g/L)
- VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT (2 g/L)

To accompany these 4 types of sparkling wines, breadsticks will be served, together with two types of cheese, Grana Padano DOP and Piave DOP, naturally lactose-free, and a Fregolotta cake.
