Riserva Wine Tasting with Local Foods & Tour at Terre Rosse Vallania

Your experience at Terre Rosse Vallania begins with a tour of the winery, led by a member of the hospitality team or occasionally by the owner. You will discover the estate's winemaking philosophy, which balances its historic labels with a constant pursuit of innovation.

The visit is followed by a guided tasting of three carefully selected reserve wines: the "995" Pignoletto DOC Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero, the "Zass" Colli Bolognesi Sauvignon Blanc Riserva, and the "EV" Colli Bolognesi Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines offer a clear introduction to the winery's most refined productions.

The tasting is accompanied by a platter of local specialties, including Mortadella, Coppa, Salame, Caciotta, Pecorino, Parmigiano Reggiano, and traditional tigelle. Juice is provided for minors. Depending on the weather, the tasting is held under the winery's portico or inside the dedicated tasting room.
