“Venti e Versanti” is a liquid narrative in seven stages, designed to reveal the volcanic and calcareous identity of our territory. From the freshness of our white wines to the structure of our most iconic reds, each glass represents a fragment of our land.

The tasting includes two white wines offering a fresh and mineral introduction to the Selmin world, followed by a rosé that expresses the delicate and aromatic side of our slopes. The experience continues with four signature red wines, the core of our production, showcasing both the power of the southern exposures and the elegance of Scaglia Rossa. The journey culminates with an exclusive Merlot vertical tasting, where two different vintages are compared to reveal how time shapes the character and evolution of the wine.
