Dive deep into the world of Vermentino — Sardinia’s most celebrated white grape. This immersive experience begins with a guided visit of the winery, where you’ll discover Gallura’s finest expression of Vermentino and explore the distinctive terroir behind the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.

After the tour, your sommelier will guide you through a tasting of four different expressions of Vermentino, each revealing a unique facet of this extraordinary grape. The wines are paired with a refined selection of local cheeses arranged by type and maturation, fresh seasonal fruit, honey or fruit preserves, and traditional bread.

You will taste:

- Lupus in Fabula, Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG
- Lupus in Fabula, Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Late Harvest
- In Vino Veritas, Vermentino di Gallura DOCG
- A Vermentino chosen by our sommelier from the private collection

A dedicated food-only option is available for children and teenagers, featuring the same selection of local delicacies — with water, without wine. A complimentary guided tour of the winery is included. Soft drinks available to order à la carte.

Fantastic wine and a lovely place to visit
What a truly delightful and memorable wine tasting experience! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tenute Olbios, which proved to be a small, intimate and exquisite vineyard. We were so fortunate to have the entire lunch appointment to ourselves. This made the tour of the vineyard and the subsequent tasting feel incredibly personal and exclusive.
The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and took wonderful care of us throughout our visit. They guided us through a fascinating tasting of several wines, all crafted from the Vermentino grape. I must say, Vermentino has quickly become a new favorite! We were so impressed that we ended up bringing four bottles home with us to Norway.
Thank you for such a fantastic and intimate experience. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful wine cellar in a natural landscape
Great experience to repeat ! Learned a lot in this pretty small wine cellar with excellent wines and a great landscape different ways to get the perfect Vermentino, the smoothness of Cannonau . After the visit in the cellar it comes to the tasting great gut experience in the main house . Marco the sommelier was a great guest along the visit !

Beautiful winery and very nice guided tour
We really enjoyed the wine tour in January. We learned a lot about the history of the winery and the production of the wine, had a very nice tour through the winery and into the wine cellar and had an even nicer wine tasting with delicious food pairing. Thank you very much for your kindness, that we could ask so many questions and we will definitely come back and recommend your beautiful oasis to friends.
