Next, a short transfer brings you to the heart of the medieval village of Castelfranco, where you’ll discover a 15th-century historic cellar. Built from stone and wood, this evocative space has preserved the memory and methods of centuries of wine aging and storage.
The experience concludes with a tasting of 4 signature wines, each expressing the unique terroir of the area. Wines will be paired with selected local cured meats from the prized black pig breed—an authentic taste of Lazio’s enogastronomic culture.
