Good tasting
Excellent welcome, family-run business, the daughter accompanied us to see the cellar and explained the company's philosophy, the two Barbarescos we tasted were excellent, the first two wines were average.
The only flaw, certainly improvable, is that all 4 wines were poured into the same glass; it would have been appropriate to use 4 different glasses to be able to fully appreciate all the aromas and scents.
In addition to using a glass for each type of wine, it would be appreciated if, along with the accompanying cheese (included in the price), some cured meat were also offered for those who choose the 4-wine option.
