After a stroll through the picturesque vineyard, you will find yourself in the heart of the estate, the cellar, to unveil the secrets behind the winemaking process and explore the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into each bottle of Oro d'Etna.

The pinnacle of your experience awaits at the private tasting session, guided by dedicated experts. Indulge in the symphony of flavors while tasting 3 wines from the classic line of Oro d'Etna and a distinguished wine from the top line. Enhancing the tasting journey is a delectable array of regional delights, expertly paired to complement the nuanced notes of each wine.

Below you will find the captivating array of food and wine pairings that await your palate. Please note that the order and type of wines, as well as the dishes, may vary according to availability. 
– VENA AETNA, ETNA WHITE DOC: green olives, black olives, Etna pesto bruschettina, pesto bruschettina spaghettata, green olive pate tartine, black olive pate tartine;
– VENA AETNA, ETNA DOC ROSE: sweet garlic, tirabaci olives, pistachio crouton, dried tomato crouton, salami nostrano;
– VENA AETNA, ETNA DOC RED: a slice of pizza, Sicilian arancino with meat sauce;

Our guide was friendly enough, but her enthusiasm was not really there. When we met at the beginning she said the temperature was too chilly so we’d skip the outdoor vineyard tour for the time being and do the inside tour first. She didn’t ever take us outside for the vineyard tour! Also, we were supposed to see the honey bees/hives and she didn’t do that either even though we told her we are beekeepers and expressed an interest. The food was good and her knowledge of the wines seemed good too - she just didn’t seem to be that into being there. She never talked about the olive oils or honey and didn’t really promote the sale of any of the products. Truthfully, we probably would have bought olive oil and some wine had she even mentioned it.

L'esperienza è stata ottima, meglio di come ci aspettavamo.
Il cibo accompagnava perfettamente i vini che erano davvero buonissimi.

Molto comodo anche lo shop alla fine dell'esperienza perchè è impossibile non comprare qualcosa alla fine.

Abbiamo fatto una degustazione presso Oro dell'Etna e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dal personale accogliente, preparato e pronto a spiegare ogni singolo aspetto del vino, della sua produzione e dei suoi abbinamenti, all'atmosfera tipica di quelle zone. Abbiamo anche degustato il miele di loro produzione e la grappa prodotta da un'altra azienda. Tutto è stato bellissimo e si percepiva la preparazione e la passione di chi ci lavorava.

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa para nosotros, porque comprendimos la intima relacion entre la geografia y clima de la zona con las distintas cepas de uva, que luego se transporta a la combinacion de los sabores del vino con la comida (maridaje). La tercera dimension fue la lograda por Eleonora con nosotros visitantes, en un ambiente cordial y entusiasta, abierto a las preguntas y tambien a las bromas que iban surgiendo en relacion con la detallada explicacion que nos dio. Obviamente que los recomendare a familiares y amigos.
Cuando llegamos al lugar no habia un timbre o como avisar que habiamos llegado, lo hicimos llamando por telefono.

J'ai réservé cette experience pour mes parents qui venaient me voir en Sicile. Nous avons était très agréablement surpris par la qualité des explications. La cadre était magnifique. Le vin était excellent, nous ne pouvions pas partir sans nous arrêter à la boutique acheter des bouteilles. La nourriture servie pour accompagner le vin était très bonne. Pensez à ne pas trop manger avant de venir. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Vale mucho la pena, te explican como hacen sus vinos, y te llevan a visitar las bodegas. La guia se esforzó a hablar español, lo hablaba perfectamente y se explicaba muy bien, haciéndote la visita muy amena

Luego hicimos la cata de vinos y de la grapa con un almuerzo muy bueno! Repetiriamos

Fuggiti dal caldo della città abbiamo optato per passare un pomeriggio tra i paesi Etnei e quale miglior occasione per una degustazione.
Posto incantevole, siamo stati accompagnati in un viaggio ricco di sapori. Ottimo vino, soprattutto il riserva, menzione speciale anche alla grappa.
