This immersive journey begins with a guided tour of the Le Cimate winery, followed by a tasting of 5 exquisite wines, each paired with a selection of locally produced cold cuts and cheeses.

As a special treat, you'll also sample our exclusive Le Cimate Hazelnut Cream. The wines featured in this tasting include:

- Trebbiano Spoletino DOC

- Montefalco Rosso DOC

La cantina Le Cimate è molto moderna anche se con forti legami alla tradizione.
I vini che abbiamo degustato sono veramente eccellenti e rispecchiano l’amore e la dedizione che ci mette la proprietà e tutto lo staff.
Valentina ci ha presentato i vini e la loro storia in modo competente ed appassionato!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time at Le Cimate. We heard about it from a friend and were pleasantly surprised. Paolo and his wife spent a lot of time with us, thoroughly explaining the processes that result in their delicious wines. Awesome to hear how their journey started and excited to see them grow!

Really worthy experience and wines

A group of three friends we did a wine tasting with food this summer 2025 and we could not be more pleased. The host was really nice and all the wines were really unique, also the bread and the olive oil.

The only thing is that the place is located in an amazing place but the experience is all inside, and there are no windows that allow you to see outside. It would be a great upgrade to have the wine tasting outside, or to do a small walk arround the wine yards to enjoy the landscape.

Ringraziamo per la bellissima esperienza! Il proprietario- Paolo, è stato molto gentile, si sentiva tanta passione di quello che fa, come sta continuando con il grande cuore la tradizione della sua famiglia. Abbiamo assaggiato i vini buonissimi con antipasti, che sciolgono in bocca, che si mangiano solo nei posti del livello alto. Quando finirà il nostro regalo - di 5 bottiglie del vino - torneremo sicuramente!
