Explore the charm of the San Pietro Estate, a historic organic farm run by the Mazzarosa family for seven generations since 1660, nestled in the hills near Lucca. This immersive experience will take you on a journey through time, flavors, and Tuscan tradition.
After a warm welcome, you'll be introduced to the history of the estate and its vineyards, cultivated with respect for nature and certified organic methods. The guided tour continues through the cellar, where you'll learn about their natural and sustainable winemaking philosophy.
The tasting begins with San Pietro’s extra virgin olive oil, followed by four wines: a pure Tuscan Vermentino, a Tuscan red, and two wines from the family’s second historic winery in Abruzzo. All tastings will be paired with a selection of local delicacies from the Lucca area, carefully curated to enhance the flavors of the wines and olive oil.
This is a complete sensory journey, perfect for wine lovers who appreciate history, tradition, and authentic flavors in an intimate setting.
