Wine Experience at Davinum

Here is what's in store for you

The Davinum winery awaits you for an experience of palate and culture, during which you can discover how a wine product of the highest quality is created. 
The experience includes a guided tour of the wine cellar and barrel cellar, where the methods of grape harvesting and ageing will be explained to you, as well as the ABCs of recognising a quality wine and, finally, tasting tips. 
This will be followed by a tasting of 3 wines accompanied by products of the best local excellence, designed to enhance the aromas and organoleptic characteristics of the wine.

The wines to be tasted:
Opal: Rosé with a light colour and light hints of peach, made from Sangiovese, Merlot and Sirah grapes.
Toscanetti: Full expression of Sangiovese harvested by hand, vinified exclusively in stainless steel tanks in order not to change the essence with respectful maceration time giving the wine great fruit and softness.
Nostrum: A ruby red colour, a fruity-spicy bouquet with aromas of small red fruits: this wine with a complex and well-structured taste, characterised by sweet and enveloping tannins, tells the palate the splendour of a noble and excellent Tuscany.
