Here is what's in store for you

Il Dosso welcomes you to the heart of Franciacorta for this tasting experience, guided by the producer, of 3 Franciacorta classics.

The 3 wines offered in the tasting will be:
- Franciacorta Millesimato "Doppio Zero": the elegance and class of chardonnay from a single crù without the addition of liqueur d'expedition
- Franciacorta Millesimato "Pinonero": dosage zero, the pinot noir in purity in all its splendor, decided, direct and characterful
- Franciacorta Millesimato "Saten" Brut: a wine which has made Franciacorta great in the world, this is their way of interpreting it 

The tasting will also include a platter with cold cuts and cheeses from the region, carefully selected by Il Dosso. 

At the end of the tasting, the experience will continue with a visit to the winery so that you can appreciate the places where the magic takes shape and discover the production processes involved.

Un ambiente familiare dove si respira passione e tradizione.
Ottimi vini accompagnati da buon cibo.
Ovviamente non potevamo tornare a casa senza acquistare i vini che ci hanno proposto nella degustazione.

The experience was wonderful. An abundant platter coupled with trio of wonderful wines and a passionate explanation of the history, process and legacy of franciacorta wine. We were thoroughly impressed by our host’s guide/connoisseur.

We had a wonderful experience at our Franciacorta tasting! The Archetti family made us feel at home with Michela guiding us through the tasting and her mother providing cheeses and meats. We were impressed with the flavors expressed through the grapes! Luca also sat with us and opened one of his favorites to share also. We were staying in Brescia and Il Dosso was an easy drive. This winery had what we look for; personal attention, generations of wine experience, and a passion for producing wine. We highly recommend this as one of our favorite tasting experiences in Lombardy.

Fine wine tasting. Good explanations. Good wines. Nice visit to the cellar.
The missing part, which takes more time of course are the vineyards themselves.

Ospitalità, competenza. Ottima qualità dei vini. Per un aspetto tecnico non abbiamo potuto visitare tutta la cantina perché era in corso la vendemmia
Molto buoni i formaggi locali, in particolare il gorgonzola. Buoni tutti i vini che abbiamo degustato. Ottimo il pinot nero.

We had an amazing wine tasting at Il Dosso! A beautiful small family company. They are passionate about their wines and their way of making them, That’s amazing to see! The wines also tasted great! I enjoyed that you could chose which type of wine you wanted to taste and the gluten-free alternatives. Highly recommend
