Discover Monferrato through the aromas and flavors of its wines with Matunei, an organic farm founded in 2015 with the aim of combining the ancient harmony between humans and nature with modern agricultural practices to produce authentic, sustainable wines.

Matunei is a small, family-run organic estate. You may not meet Alberto — the farmer himself — as he is often out in the fields caring for the land he loves. However, you will come to know him through his wines, which will be served by Carla, and hopefully fall in love with this land just as he did.

During the experience, you will take a walk through “Pionda”, an ancient hillside vineyard overlooking Monviso. Here, you will discover organic cultivation methods, vineyard management techniques, and learn about the work carried out in the cellar. Depending on the season, you may also witness activities such as pruning, green pruning, or even the harvest.

Following the vineyard visit, you will enjoy a tasting of three organic wines, paired with local products and homemade focaccia.
