This exploratory visit at Tenuta San Marcello begins with a walk through the vineyards, presenting the territory, the principles of sustainable viticulture, and the basic knowledge of Bio-Dynamic viticulture.
Inside the cellar, you will learn about the equipment used and the vinification process of wine in the amphorae, illustrated through colorful murals.
During the tasting, you will also review the tasting techniques and analytical aspects of each wine.
The tasting includes 3 wines: 1 Classic, 1 Superiore, and 1 Amphora. The tasting will be accompanied by a small selection of local products with croutons.
