Harmonic Creations is a fun and flavorful wine experience that introduces you to the heart of Puglia through white, rosé, orange and red wines. Hosted at Cantina Mir in Locorotondo, this guided tasting features four wines, each carefully paired with local food to highlight the character of the wines.

The experience includes a curated selection of fresh and aged local cheeses, vegetables preserved in oil, friselle, and traditional Apulian condiments such as olive pâté, quince jam, extra virgin olive oil, and grape must. A relaxed and authentic way to discover Puglia’s wines and flavors in an intimate winery setting.
