Wine bar La Bottiglieria del Ruché awaits you in Castagnole Monferrato to introduce you to the excellence of the Langhe and Monferrato's wines with this tasting experience.
After touring among shelves filled with bottles, you will take a seat inside our wine bar or on our little terrace. You will have the opportunity to taste wines from our winemaking tradition, starting with Altalanga, the 100% Piedmontese classic method sparkling wine, continuing with Grignolino d'Asti, a truly interesting and tannic native wine, and then the two expressions of the "queen" of Monferrato, Barbera d'Asti and Nizza, finishing with Barolo, the undisputed "King" of Piedmontese enology.
We will delve into the characteristics of each grape variety by pairing the wine with typical cured meats, bruschetta, and fresh and aged cheeses with cougna', the Piedmontese mustard made with Moscato d'Asti and fresh and dried fruit.
