El Zeremia is the family nickname, an acronym of which Augusto was very proud. On 2 September 2013, after a long suffering due to an incurable disease, he deprived him of the possibility of pursuing his fascinating goal, that of enhancing and bringing his Revò's Groppello to the major tables of renowned restaurants all over the world. Fortunately, his main dream was crowned, namely the realization of his private cellar where he could taste the first wine produced in 2011.
Now the work is carried out by his son Lorenzo who, with the help of the winemaker of the Pravis Winery - Lasino Valle dei Laghi, continues the work begun with tenacity by his father.
The wine cellar is presented in an ancient but functional context with modern technologies, with a first part of steel fermentation tanks for wine-making and subsequently a part destined to a barrel room for aging and aging. Next to the winery is a tasting room with a maximum capacity of 40 people where you can enjoy typical dishes accompanied by the house wine, the Groppello di Revò
The experience includes: arrival at the company with a visit to the small winery / barrel room and telling the story of the company and the wine starting from the nineteenth century to get there you to our days, tasting the wines produced:
- 1 classic zero impact method
- 1 still white zero impact resistant
- 1 revò groppello steel vinified version
- 1 revò sel sel. a small chopping board for local products such as the Mortandela, a typical salami from Val di Non, speck and malga cheeses with rye bread.
