Throughout this intimate workshop, you’ll taste 9 of the estate’s wines, gaining insight into the terroir, aging techniques, and bottling process that shape them.
The tasting is perfectly paired with local Tuscan flavors: a selection of artisan cheeses and cured meats, served on olive wood boards, km0 bread, and the estate’s organic extra virgin olive oil.
