Wine & Smiles: Small-Group Bulgarian Wine Tasting and Fun Quiz in Sofia

Discover Bulgarian wine in a fun, relaxed, and approachable way with this shared small-group tasting experience in Sofia’s historic city center, designed for groups of 4 to 10 guests.

During the tasting, you will sample 5 carefully selected Bulgarian wines, each served in a 75 ml pour. The wines have been chosen to showcase the diversity, quality, and character of Bulgaria’s wine regions. Your host, a professional oenologist, will guide you through the tasting in a friendly and easy-to-understand way, helping you discover how to taste wine, use your senses, and better understand your personal preferences.

You will also learn interesting facts about the world of wine and take part in a light, entertaining wine quiz designed to create laughter, interaction, and memorable moments. No previous wine knowledge is needed — just bring your curiosity and good mood.

The tasting takes place at Bash Hedonist, a boutique wine bar and restaurant in Sofia’s historic city center, known for its carefully selected wines and modern, refined cuisine. After the tasting, guests are welcome to stay for dinner, subject to availability and advance reservation. Dinner is optional, not included in the tasting price, and arranged separately.
