A very good experience!
We were lucky, being outside the tourist season, to have a private tour!
The guide was great, her explanations were very clear and understandable even though we were not in our native languages.
The tasting was also top-notch, and we really appreciated the wines presented (which is a good sign for French people).

Lovely vineyard tour and wine tasting
Learned a lot about wine making, and particularly about the varieties of grapes and methods used in this area of southern Puglia (Salento). Manuela was a wonderful host, very knowledgeable and entertaining
We visited all areas of the wine making facilities but not the vineyards themselves. That would have been a nice addition

Very interesting tour in English, the guide was funny and explained things very well.
We had an excellent time even though the weather conditions were very unfavorable.
We bought two bottles.
The tasting was also very well served with some small appetizers, each one as good as the next.
