Wine tasting and lunch close to the Volcano at Lune del Vesuvio
Here is what's in store for you
Welcome to Lune del Vesuvio, a special winery we had the chance to know in the last months. This is a great wine and food experience if you're looking for a lunch stop before or after a visit to the Vesuvio. The winery itself is in the National Park; it's a must visit place!
With this option you'll get the chance to enjoy the following program: you'll start with a walking tour of the winery with a visit to the vineyards, the garden and the horse stables! Then back to the tasting room for a great food and wine pairing. For each delicacy you'll tast a Lune del Veusvio wine:
Homemade bread with olive oil from the olive grove - this will be paired with the Coda di Volpe Pompeiano IGT "Donna Carolina" wine
Mixed bruschettine with vegetables from the garden paired with Lacryma Cristi del Vesuvio DOC white wine "Janesta"
Scialatielli (type of pasta) with cherry tomatoes of piennolo and Piedirosso Pompeiano IGT "O' Cuognolo" wine
Second course of meat and side dish with cheese and jam to match Lacryma Cristi del Vesuvio DOC Red Wine "Muscari"
Homemade dessert and Lacryma Cristi del Vesuvio DOC Red Reserve "Cratere" Wine
The experience lasts at least 2 hours and it will let you enter into the amazing Vesuvius food and wine heritage!

Most enjoyable!
Excellent
You must try the homemade pasta with the sauce made from three types of Vesuvius cherry tomatoes and the dessert with Pellecchiella apricot jam, a prized ancient variety from Vesuvius.
A wine journey between tradition, territory, and innovation
The tour was curated down to the smallest detail and allowed us to completely immerse ourselves in their history, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
The visit to the vineyards was exciting: walking among the rows, listening to the story of the territory and understanding the deep bond between the land and the wine makes everything even more authentic.
The final tasting was excellent, with high-quality wines explained with passion and expertise. Each glass tells a story made of respect for the past and a vision for the future.
An experience that goes beyond a simple winery visit: it is a true journey into the heart of viticulture, absolutely recommended for those who love wine and the stories that make it unique.
