With this experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a private tour of one of the vineyards of Vesuvius, together with a member of the winemaker's family and your sommelier guide.
After the tour, you will enjoy a private educational 3-course lunch with a sommelier-led wine tasting, including at least 6 varieties of organic and vegan native wines. The lunch will consist of an appetizer, main course, first course, and dessert, all prepared with 0-km products.
The uniqueness of the experience lies in the format of the tasting. After the vineyard tour, in fact, a brief anthropological and historical introduction to the history of wine in the world, Italy and Campania will follow. The sommelier from the European School of Sommeliers will adjust to your level of expertise and guide the tasting by teaching you wine inspection techniques, wine and food pairing strategies, and, if requested, will further discuss the topics at a more advanced level, or otherwise be at your complete disposal for any of your needs or questions.
