Wine Tasting and Tour at Cantine Fontezoppa

Cantine Fontezoppa awaits you in the heart of the Marche's countryside!

This experience begins with a walk through the rows of vines adjacent to the Fontezoppa Winery in Civitanova Marche to reach their olive grove, passing in front of their beehives, introduced in 2021, where the industrious bees you can be seen at work.
Arriving at the winery, the heart of the transformation of grapes into wine, you will have the opportunity to visit the winemaking, aging, bottling, and labeling rooms.

At the end of the tour, you will be taken to Locanda Fontezoppa, where you will be guided in the tasting of four glasses of wine: the most representative of the winery, then the autochthonous ones that come from the sea such as Maceratino, Incrocio Bruni 54 and the sparkling version of Passerina to end with a mountain grape variety, produced by the Serrapetrona Estate, Vernaccia Nera di Serrapetrona, of which there are 70 hectares in the world and this winery boasts 23 hectares, acquired from the most historic producers of Vernaccia, also mentioned by Veronelli, in his book Vino al Vino.

The four proposed still wines represent, according to the winery, the maximum expression of the territory where the predominant characteristics of the grapes emerge. The wine tasting is accompanied by a board of cured meats and cheeses from the Marche region and the winery's olive oil.
