At Viúva Gomes they believe in genuine wines, linked to their original place and terroir, promoting minimal intervention in the winery. Today, father and son, 4th and 5th generation of winemakers, work together with the aim of preserving the traditional wines of Colares, while at the same time exploring new paths and guaranteeing sustainability.
With this experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of four wines. The tasting is hosted by the producer/winemaker on a casual and familiar basis; first, there will be an explanation of the winery's history, region, and general scene of the wines in Portugal. Afterward, you will taste and talk about the wines. The tasting lasts about 1.5 hours and is thorough and passionate.
