Your journey begins with an enchanting guided tour of Le Morette's cellar narrated by the welcoming hospitality staff, followed by a curated tasting of 3 meticulously selected wines: Cépage Lugana DOC Brut, Lugana Mandolara DOC, and Lugana Benedictus DOC. Your unforgettable journey continues to the Vecchio Mulino Beach restaurant, a mere 1.5 km from Cantina Le Morette. This haven on the sun-kissed shores of Lake Garda represents a perfect setting for a delightful gastronomic experience. Your taste buds are in for a treat as you savor the symphony of flavors in a specially crafted menu that celebrates the local ingredients and traditions.

Your curated 3-course menu unfolds in harmony with Le Morette's wines:
- Carpaccio with home-made bresaola cured beef, lime and ginger on a bed of baby spinach and cheese, aged under marc paired with Cèpage Rosè Chiaretto Spumante DOC Brut;
- Maccheroncini of fresh egg pasta with lake ragout, thyme and cherry tomatoes paired with Lugana Mandolara DOC;
- Octopus “rosticciata” on house-smoked creamed potatoes, apple-smoked pepper, olive charcoal, and paprika paired with Serai Rosso Veronese IGT.

Water, freshly baked homemade bread, and coffee are also included in the price. For guests under 18 years old who won't be served wine, a selection of dishes from the à la carte menu is available, and charges will be applied accordingly.

The tour was very interesting and the vineyard was beautiful and modern. Service was polite and the wines were all good. We walked by ourselves to the restaurant to have the lunch with wines. Lunch was delicious and the restaurant nice. This is a experience to remember!
Would have been nice to get to taste also the ripasso, amarone and the local olive oil.

Consiglio questa esperienza per passare una mattinata originale e diversa. In cantina mi aspettavo qualcosina in più, visita molto essenziale e degustazione con minima spiegazione del vino che si stava bevendo. Ma nel complesso comunque una buona esperienza che, appunto, consiglio.
Pranzo in un posto molto carino in riva al lago e abbondante.

Esperienza meravigliosa in una location splendida,immersa nei vigneti. Personale preparato che illustra il mondo del vino con competenza , molto disponibili e cordiali . siamo stati in questo vigneto dove abbiamo potuto degustare 3 diversi vini davvero eccellenti con a seguire un pranzo altrettanto fantastico. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale e preparato sia alla degustazione che nel punto ristoro annesso.
consiglio a chiunque passi per le zone di Peschiera del Garda di provarlo

E stata una giornata molto istruttiva alla scoperta di un buon vino da gustare tutti i giorni da soli e in compagnia di amici. La location semplicemente perfetta, personale eccellente , bellissima esperienza la rifarò sicuramente.

La visita alla cantina è stata molto interessante e il personale molto gentile e la degustazione ha avuto le tempistiche giuste e tutte le informazioni utili per comprendere cosa si stesse bevendo. IAmo i vini più decisivi e incisivi, quindi non ho acquistato nulla, ma va a gusto. Il passaggio poi, al ristorante sul lago: la ciliegina sulla torta. Ottimo cibo e personale molto disponibile, simpatico e preparato. Esperienza consiglatissima

Degustazione di 6 vini + tour della cantina. Non me ne intendo assolutamente di vino, questa era un’esperienza che ho regalato al mio fidanzato.
Il tutto inizia con l’arrivo in azienda, stupenda, bellissimo il parco e il wine shop infatti qui organizzano anche eventi.
Un ragazzo della reception ci ha fatto fare il giro della cantina raccontandoci la stora dell’azienda, una breve descrizione sui vini che forse avrei arrichito di più con maggiori dettagli e poi siamo passati al wine shop per l’assaggio di tre vini molto buoni lugana Mandolara, Cepagè brut e Lugana Benedictus.
Non ho fatto altre degustazioni quindi non ho un metro di paragone però l’ambiente è molto curato, il vino è buono e il personale molto gentile quindi la mia valutazione è positiva.
La parte che mi ha colpita di più e ha superato le mie aspettative è stato il pranzo con vista lago, le portate erano deliziose anch’esse accompagnate dai vini Le Morette, per ogni portata un calice di vino abbinato.

Quindi in sostanza consiglio tantissimo questa esperienza è stato un piacere conoscere questa realtà

secondo me una spiegazione più dettagliata dei vini potrebbe coinvolgere di piu il cliente
