Your journey begins with an enchanting guided tour of Le Morette's cellar narrated by the welcoming hospitality staff, followed by a curated tasting of 3 meticulously selected wines: Cépage Lugana DOC Brut, Lugana Mandolara DOC and Lugana Benedictus DOC. Your unforgettable journey continues to the Vecchio Mulino Beach restaurant, a mere 1.5 km from Cantina Le Morette. This haven on the sun-kissed shores of Lake Garda represents a perfect setting for a delightful gastronomic experience. Your taste buds are in for a treat as you savor the symphony of flavors in a specially crafted menu that celebrates the local ingredients and traditions.
Your curated 3-course menu unfolds in harmony with Le Morette's wines:
- Carpaccio with home-made bresaola cured beef, lime and ginger on a bed of baby spinach and cheese, aged under marc served with Cèpage Rosè Chiaretto Spumante DOC Brut;
- Maccheroncini of fresh egg pasta with lake ragout, thyme and cherry tomatoes served with Lugana Mandolara DOC;
- Octopus “rosticciata” on the cream of pumpkin, apple wood smoked pepper, young potatoes, fried tomatoes, and “riccia” lettuce served with Serai Rosso Veronese IGT.
Water, freshly baked homemade bread, and coffee are also included in the price. For guests under 18 years old who won't be served wine, a selection of dishes from the à la carte menu is available, and charges will be applied accordingly.

Vecchio mulino” un delizioso posticino che affaccia direttamente sul lago di Garda. Anche qui in esperienza composta da 3 portate accompagnate da 3 calici di vino delle morette in modo da combinare i sapori. Esperienza bellissima e consigliata per gli eletti di vino e non resa speciale dal personale gentile ed educato.
