Here is what's in store for you

With this tour you will visit Fuocomuorto Winery, which is the most characteristic and oldest winery in the Vesuvian area dug under the lava rock of the January eruption in 1037.

At your arrival you will be welcomed by the staff with an introduction of the history of the family and the company. You'll then visit the vineyards, in particular the terraced ones that overlook the Gulf of Naples with a breathtaking view from Sorrento, passing through Capri, Ischia, Procida,with the great cone of Vesuvius behind, all in a corner with benches of wood and the coolness of a pergola of white grapes.
After this you'll visit the Natural Cave, the old cellar where grapes were vinified from 1780 and until 1906. The cellar that you'll see is under the slab of lava rock datin back to the eruption of Vesuvius in January 1037.
Today these areas are used to refine the red wines in oak barrels and as a deposit of bottled wines before the sale.

By booking this experience, you will be served: a cutting board with bruschetta with Vesuvius cherry tomatoes, a bruschetta with eggplant in oil and another with zucchini in oil, olives in water and salt, casatiello (typical Neapolitan rustic dish), various cold cuts and cheeses, paired with two glasses of wine, Vesuvio Lacryma Christi Bianco and Vesuvio Lacryma Christi Rosso.

Siamo state ieri in questa azienda io e un'amica per una wine experience, il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale, ci ha portate a visitare l'azienda ed è stato molto esaustivo nelle domande a lui poste e ci ha proposto una selezione di vini abbinati a prodotti locali decisamente soddisfacente! Our wine tasting and tour of Azienda Agricola Fuocomuorto winery was an excellent experience. Our hosts could not be any more welcoming. We had four tastings which our host very knowledgeably told which foods on our platters paired the best with the type of wines we had. We also toured the vineyard and cellar which is actually a cave made of volcanic rock and I believe it adds to the wonderful flavour of the wines.my absolute favourite was the rosé. The owner was wonderful and even arranged a taxi for our journey back to our starting point as we were a bit flummoxed as to which way we went.

Esperienza al di sopra delle aspettative, Tutto curato, visita interessante, vino buonissimo e cibo ottimo. Gennaro ci ha accompagnato lungo il tragitto spiegandoci nel dettaglio sia le attività dell'azienda e raccontandoci storie legate alla sua famiglia. Molto bella la grotta ricavata nella roccia. Location incantevole con vista sulle isole.
Tutto molto bello, vale abbondantemente il prezzo pagato

Nous sommes venus dans cette azienda lors de vacances en famille.
De la visite de la cave, en passant par la découverte des vignes, à la dégustation des mets et des vins nous avons passé un excellent moment.
Une pause dans le temps dans ce lieu reposant avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.

This winery had excellent wine, an excellent view, and the family that owns it is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The history behind it was very interesting and an added bonus. Also, a huge and delicious charcuterie type plate to go with your wine tasting! My parents and I truly cherished this experience and will make sure to visit if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

What an amazing hidden gem at the base of Mount Vesuvius. The scenery was awesome with Vesuvius behind you and the gulf in front with views of Napoli, Capri & Sorrento. The wine and food were fantastic!! I cant say enough about our host- he was kind, soft spoken and very patient as our Italian is not the best. The wine cellar is a site to behold as it was cut through the volcanic rock. I highly recommend this to all. It was a incredible memory that my daughter and I will cherish always.
