Enjoy an unforgettable wine experience as you explore the wine heritage of the Bolgheri territory!

After meeting your guide in Bibbona, at the Residenza d'Epoca Cavaliere (4 km from Bolgheri and 3 from the sea), you will drive along a stunning paved road surrounded by hills and woods until you reach a romantic and fascinating place "out of time." Please note that you will have to reach with your own car/ motorbike.

Upon arrival, the archaeologist will briefly explain the history of the village and the castle, and you will have the opportunity to visit the private church, the ancient barrique cellar, and the castle's private courtyard.

At the end of the 30-minute historical tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting with technical explanations of 5 excellent wines, as well as a tasting of Tuscan olive oil at the castle's ancient oil mill. If you wish, you can pair the wines with a charcuterie and cheese board for an extra.

A pleasant afternoon

After a visit to the village with Fabio who had the keys for exclusive access to the church and one of the cellars, we stopped for the tasting. The cozy little room was full of works by two contemporary artists that you can also buy. The wine tasting was accompanied by a mixed platter, with very interesting explanations. Excellent wines and we also made purchases for special occasions. Great experience
