Wine Tasting in the Vineyard with the Winemakers at La Follonica

It all starts from the land. At La Follonica, a 2.5-hectare old vineyard is cultivated organically by four dedicated hands.

Set on Mount Follonica, with a sweeping view over the vine rows towards Jesi and the sea, this experience takes you through the story and hard work behind every bottle. In a rural, welcoming, and ever-evolving environment, you'll be guided through a tasting of the three wines produced at La Follonica:

“Deltogno” – A blend of Verdicchio, Trebbiano, and Biancame.
“Disinvolto” – 100% Verdicchio, aged in cement tanks.
“Barbarosa” – Montepulciano and Sangiovese, vinified in white and refermented in the bottle.

The tasting is complemented by homemade olive oil, fresh bread, and a selection of local cheeses and cured meats, offering a full immersion into the flavors of this special place.
