Discover the essence of Terra Alta with the “Sabor i Paisatge” experience at Edetària, an organic family winery surrounded by vineyards and stunning landscapes.
Your visit begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the family history of the winery. You will then walk through our organic vineyards, learning about the unique limestone soils, the Mediterranean climate and our sustainable approach to viticulture.
Back at the winery, you will explore the vinification and aging rooms, where you will understand how our wines are crafted from grape to bottle.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of four wines —Via Edetana Blanco, Mirage Rosé, Via Edetana Tinto and Via Edetana Cariñena—, carefully selected to express the identity of our land and native grape varieties such as Garnacha Blanca and Cariñena.
To complete the experience, you will enjoy a gourmet picnic made with local products, served in a peaceful setting among the vineyards — the perfect moment to relax, connect with nature and savor the landscape.
This experience is ideal for wine lovers looking for an authentic, relaxing and memorable wine tourism activity in Catalonia.
Picnic menu:
- Burrata with pesto, pistachios, anchovy, and tomatoes confit in syrup
- Smoked eel with tomato sauce, hazelnut, and toasted almond
- Clotxa 2.0 (typical dish of winegrowers in Terra Alta)

Edetària is located in Gandesa, in the Terra Alta region, just 2 km along the road to Vilalba dels Arcs, on the left-hand side.
A car or taxi is required to reach the winery, and on-site parking is available for visitors.
