Live a complete experience at Tenimenti Leone.

Admire the beautiful view from the Ancient Medieval Tower di Presciano. Enjoy a walk through the vineyards. Visit the winery where the wines take shape, and its barrique cellar dug into the rock. Finally, in the wine shop, participate in the tasting of 6 or 7 different wines paired with local products. Get to know a new project in one of the oldest wine areas in the world!

Within the property, a plot of land that already in the 7th century supplied with its olive trees oil to the Holy Sepulchre of St. Peter in Rome, stands the ancient tower of Presciano, dating back to the 11th century, fully restored and open to visitors, from where your visit begins.

You will then descend into the vineyards, passing through the winemaking cellar, and arrive at the caves, dug out of pozzolan in the early 1900s, where Tenimenti Leone's wines are now aged. To conclude the experience, you will participate in a tasting of 4 wines (or 7, if you choose the premium selection including Tenimenti Leone's De Coccio wine) accompanied by a selection of typical products of this area, such as cheese and cold cuts.

Una giornata fantastica 5⭐️

Siamo stati accolti da Andreina, che con la sua professionalità ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo fatto una bella gita prima fra i vigneti della tenuta, che è davvero curata in ogni sua parte. Poi siamo saliti sulla torre e abbiamo ammirato la tenuta sconfinata dall’alto e questo magnifico panorama, il tutto accompagnato dalle spiegazioni puntuali e precise di Andreina. Durante la discesa ci siamo fermati ad assaggiare un chicco d’uva direttamente dalla pianta e vi giuro che aveva un sapore delizioso! Sapeva già di vino! Abbiamo visitato la fabbrica di produzione e le grotte in cui ci sono le botti enormi in cui fermenta il vino. Infine siamo tornati alla zona dello shop e abbiamo degustato 5 vini davvero buonissimi insieme ad un aperitivo mangereccio di prodotti locali. I vini assaggiati, tutti diversi, hanno un sapore autentico, definito, e grazie ad Andreina abbiamo riconosciuto le note fruttate e quelle secche, comprendendo quanto lavoro e quanta ricerca ci sia per far arrivare a noi consumatori un vino speciale. Oggi capiamo perché il vino è definito il “nettare degli dei”. Grazie è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza.

Ottimi vini e bella visita a tutto tondo. Belle le grotte e la sala multimediale. Interessante il giro nel vigneto e la salita sulla torre.

Mi è stato regalato un buono regalo per una degustazione e ho scelto di spenderlo a Tenimenti Leone e posso dire di aver fatto bene. Il tour è molto completo, dal tour per i vitigni e la torre, alla parte finale di degustazione dei vini. L’esperienza è di due ore ma in realtà è stata più lunga e ogni vino è stato accompagnato da assaggi di cibo ben abbinati allo specifico vino. Consiglio questa degustazione, non ve ne pentirete.

Excellent winetasting!

We were three friends looking for winetasting nearby Rome, and found this place by chance. We couldn't have been more lucky! Everything, from planning and confirmation (and several follow-up questions from us), we experienced marvellous service. They arranged for pick-up in city centre Rome, and also drove us to the nearby train station after the winetasting was over.
The tour on the vineyard was delivered professionally, with the genuine love and passion for winemaking really underlining the whole tour. The tasting itself was also very nice, with knowledge and pairing of wine and food being really good. We enjoyed every second of this, and can highly recommend the tour to others. And the lovely little dog following us around the whole vineyard was so cute!

Hope to come back some day!

Fácil de encontrar (ibamos en moto desde Roma). Sitio precioso y tranquilo, tuvimos la suerte de estar solos y el tour fue para nosotros dos nada más. La guía (no se su nombre) nos explicó todo de manera pausada (ya que no era nuestro idioma) e intentando buscar la mejor forma de que entendieramos todo. Nos encantó como nos explicaba y toda la ruta que nos hizo.
La degustación de vinos fue increible, nuestra guía muy profesional a la hora de servirnos cada uno y explicarnos. Nos gusta el vino y entendemos algo de ellos y estos son espectaculares, así como el maridaje de productos locales que escogieron para cada uno.
Recomendamos al 100% esta experiencia en Tenimenti Leone.

Arrivati ai tenimenti Leoni, siamo stati accolti dalla sig.na Andreina, persona estremamente competente, gentile ed innamorata del proprio lavoro. La tenuta è bellissima, molto ben organizzata. La vista dalla torre è davvero incantevole. La degustazione dei vini, proposti dalla sig.na Andreina è stata notevole, ed anche i prodotti del territorio che ci hanno offerto, sono davvero buoni. È stata un’esperienza fantastica! Matteo ci ha fatto fare un tour della tenuta, a partire dalle torre pinciana con la sua magnifica vista sul panorama, fino ad arrivare alle grotte. Per quanto riguarda la degustazione, sono rimasta colpita non solo dai vini, con le loro fantastiche etichette, ma anche dai prodotti tipici che ci sono stati offerti. Un grazie a Matteo che ci ha fatto fare una splendida esperienza e soprattutto ci ha trasmesso la sua passione per i vini e per il territorio.

La visita è stata molto interessante e piacevole, abbiamo imparato tanto e ci siamo goduti la vista dalla torre! In particolare, siamo rimasti colpiti dall’attenzione all’ambiente che mettono in tutti i loro prodotti.
Ci sono piaciuti tutti i vini che abbiamo assaggiato (non siamo riusciti a resistere a comprarne un paio) e anche i prodotti locali che hanno accompagnato la degustazione.

Tenimenti Leone è un'azienda ricca di storia e piena di voglia di fare! Alcune parti sn in ristrutturazione e hanno ottime idee che stanno mettendo in pratica. Pur essendo un'azienda relativamente giovane i vini sn molto buoni e Matteo il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnati nel nostro tour ci ha spiegato tutto in modo interessante e dettagliato! Estremamente consigliato
