Imagine a summer afternoon among the vines, a picnic basket filled with local delicacies, and the golden light of sunset over the vineyard… that’s what awaits you at our Picnics Among the Vines, set in the enchanting atmosphere of the Borgo of Ariccia.
What the experience includes:
A picnic basket with a selection of artisanal cold cuts and cheeses, all produced at the Il Borgo farm, along with a bottle of wine and extra virgin olive oil from Cantina Costantini. You'll also be provided with a blanket, glasses, and cutlery so you can freely enjoy this special moment among the vineyard rows.
After the picnic, we’ll gather in the charming square of the Borgo for a dinner accompanied by a guided tasting of the finest wines from Cantina Costantini.
Dinner menu:
Cacio e pepe stuffed ravioli sautéed with Amatrician guanciale, paired with Bellone 2024.
Roast suckling pig with cooked must and oven-roasted potatoes, paired with Gemmarossa 2021.
Homemade desserts, paired with Passiflò 2019 – a sweet late-harvest Malvasia Puntinata.
