Here is what's in store for you

Discover the excellence of the Castelli Romani wine territory with this full experience at Cantina Costantini, by tasting their full range of wines paired with the best local gastronomic specialties.

Upon arrival at the winery, the Costantini family will welcome you and guide you in the discovery of the winery's history, territory, and winemaking techniques. You will start with a tour of the historic winery and continue in the new tasting room, where you'll enjoy a complete tasting experience, tasting the full range of Cantina Costantini products.

You will have the opportunity to taste all of Cantina Costantini's wines, their extra virgin olive oil on top of fragrant Genzano bread, preserves, pickles, and jams paired with a wide selection of local cheeses and cured meats, a dessert,  and also their sweet wines and spirits. The guided tasting will be led by the producers who will tell you the story of the winery and each of their products.

Una piacevole scoperta a due passi da Roma

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente in un’atmosfera familiare, ma professionale allo stesso tempo. Dopo una breve introduzione storica fatta da Giuseppe, il titolare, siamo stati condotti in un accogliente locale adiacente dove assistiti da Sara e Serena abbiamo iniziato il nostro affascinante percorso olfattivo e degustativo con la spiegazione dettagliata di ogni cosa che ci veniva proposta. Ieri siamo stati a fare la degustazione presso la cantina Costantini, abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci persone che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e dettagliate nella spiegazione dei vini, Ogni calice di vino è stato accompagnato dall'assaggio di prodotti locali e di produzione propria, come l'olio e le marmellate. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
