The perfect wine experience that in just 2 hours offers many emotions and allows you to explore the world of natural wine and Etna food at Emilio Sciacca's winery.
Upon arrival, you'll be taken on a walk through the vineyards to learn about Emilio Sciacca's production philosophy. Next, inside the Palmento, you'll enjoy a tasting of 2 wines paired with a hot and cold appetizer made with local products and a seasonal first course. Finally, you'll enjoy a homemade dessert and a glass of sweet wine.
The winery's local wine experts will help you identify the organoleptic traits of the wines, among the poorest in sulfites in the national winemaking scene, a perfect example of the winery's constant dedication to natural and genuine production.

the guide at the winery was very nice and warm
everything about the location was stunning, beautiful little winery with great views of the volcano
food was good, although because there were many people one of the dishes was cold, still tasty
wine was excellent, especially the orange one
