Discover the Agnelli Viassone winery, located just a short walk from Grinzane Cavour Castle in the heart of the Langhe wine territory.
Upon arrival, you will meet Daniele and Alessia, two young winemakers, husband and wife, and be welcomed by their donkey Ubaldo, their mascot. Get ready to live an experience in contact with nature, where you will touch with your own hands the work carried out with passion by Daniele in the continuous search for the balance of the vineyard and the surrounding environment, a theme so dear to them as to insert right in the vineyard the little houses of their bees. During your walk through the vineyards, you will have the opportunity to stop to admire one of the most beautiful views of the Langhe, with the castle of Grinzane Cavour and Monviso as protagonists.
In the second stage of your experience, you will enter the winery, where they will show you the winemaking techniques and tell you about the aging of their wines. To finish you will move on to the tasting phase, enjoying a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by a nice mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses from small local producers. It will be a unique experience, where you will take home a little piece of Langa!

Arrivati a destinazione siamo stati piacevolmente stupiti dal posto.
Daniele ha poi iniziato a spiegarci i loro vigneti, la lavorazione che c’è dietro. Mostrandoci poi la cantina dove avviene l’effettiva lavorazione.
La cosa che più ci ha stupito in assoluto è stata la passione con cui Daniele raccontava il loro progetto.
È tutto estremamente pensato e ragionato, anche la stessa etichetta è frutto di un pensiero e di un’idea ben precisa.
Concludo con il dire che sono due ragazzi estremamente giovani, e che in prima persona si occupano della vigna rispettando il territorio che li circonda.
Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni nelle Langhe e possiamo affermare che i vini assaggiati da Alessia e Daniele erano davvero fra i più buoni, per questo abbiamo deciso di acquistare sia il loro Barolo che Nebbiolo.

I vini, specialmente il barbera e il nebbiolo, sono di grande spessore.
Daniele e Alessia sono giovani imprenditori entusiasti, rispettosi delle tradizioni ma con tanta voglia di innovare, con una non scontata attenzione alla (vera) sostenibilità.
Colline e vigneti fantastici, in posizione strategica nelle Langhe, tanta competenza, ci hanno conquistato con i loro vini e con i prodotti del territorio che Daniele va a prendere la mattina presto al mercato di Alba presidio slow food.
