Guests explore four unique wine houses, each reflecting a different epoch and winemaking tradition, from ancient Roman amphorae to today’s modern cellars. The Four Wine Houses

The Roman House
Eight buried Georgian amphorae, lined with beeswax and each holding 2,000 liters, are used for wine maturation. Four amphorae are dedicated to red wines, while the others preserve distinctive “orange” wines with skin contact, reviving methods once used in the Roman Empire.

The Nemanjic House
A tribute to medieval winemaking, this house produces wine in wooden barrels. Its architecture is inspired by Orthodox heritage, evoking the cultural spirit of the Nemanjic dynasty.

The Yugoslav House (20th-century Concrete House)
Here, visitors encounter large concrete tanks from the 20th century, lined with food-grade polyester. These vessels reflect the industrial scale of winemaking during the Yugoslav era.

The Contemporary Winery (Modern House)
The tour concludes with the state-of-the-art facility. Grapes are processed in aseptic conditions, pressing and fermentation are digitally managed, and every step focuses on preserving varietal expression.
