Discover the most authentic side of Tuscany through a journey that weaves together landscape, history, and taste. The experience begins among the vineyards, in the heart of Chianti, leading to the small church of San Giorgio a Lapi, dating back to the 12th century, home to three precious frescoes by Nasini — a quiet place, suspended in time. The visit then continues in the cellar, where our work takes shape: from vinification to aging, each step tells a story of choices, ideas, and craftsmanship. The experience then unfolds on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Crete Senesi, under the shade of an ancient white mulberry tree, with a guided tasting of our wines accompanied by a full Tuscan meal: starter, first course, main course with side dish, and dessert. A moment to be lived slowly, among scents, light, and silence.

Outstanding
The winery is located in a beautiful area and hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Our tour guide, “Bene” (Benedetta) was excellent, answering questions and providing information about the history and traditions of the winery. She took us on a short walk to the family chapel where she gave us even more details about the founder’s history and about the different types of grapes grown in the area and the wines produced in San Giorgio a Lapi.
The setting for the wine tasting and lunch is beautiful, under this giant mulberry tree that provides ample shade and lets the Tuscan breeze cool the whole place.
Lunch was fabulous with strawberry gazpacho, pasta with cherry tomatoes (mind you, I’m not a pasta person) and pork so tender that you could almost cut it with a fork; this we enjoyed along with the wines produced at the winery, which were very very tasty.
The whole experience was one the best ones we’ve had in this trip.
Thanks to all the kitchen staff and in particular to Bene, our wonderful tour guide.

Excellent service and fun
We took a taxis to and from Siena and were warmly welcomed. The tour was excellent with Jessie and the tasting and lunch exceeded our expectations. Well worth it - lots of fun and we learnt a lot. Beautiful setting as well.

La dolce vita experience
This was by far the best experience on our trip. Very friendly tour guide who knows every detail about the domain. A family winery who is as well very welcoming. Also the view is magnificent and is very close to Siena, perfect to combine the two.

Amazing views and lovely wines
The wines we got to try were lovely and accompanied by some great food. We came away with a few bottles.

The view where we sitting was also amazing. Our host was very friendly and we had a great time
