Here is what's in store for you

Visit to our vineyard with a fantastic view of the Rocca Borromeo of Angera and Lake Maggiore. At the end, visit to the winery with explanation of our production techniques and, to finish, tasting of our products.

How to reach us

Via Valcastellana 33, 20159 Angera (VA)

Via Valcastellana is the historical road of vineyards.
In the final part (for a couple of minutes driving), it becomes a country road. Going up, you meet a fork, with a house on the corner. It is necessary to turn left (do not continue straight).

Note:
The road is suitable for a car or a small minivan for 6-8 people. It is not recommended for a very low sports car and a very long car as a pick-up up or for a car "out of size". We have a parking lot at the winery. We also offer the possibility of parking at the foot of Via Valcastellana to then reach the winery with us.

Where do we meet?

1) We can pick you up and drop off in a parking area at the beginning of the Via Valcastellana if you have a low sports car or pick up. You will see us waiting for you.

2) We can pick you up and drop off at the boat dock in Angera, in case you want to come to Angera by boat.
Address of the boat docking: Piazzale della Vittoria, 2, Angera.
An appointment is required.
We can carry 4 people by car.

La degustazione di vini è stata piacevole e interessante. Ho assaggiato diversi vini, dai bianchi freschi ai rossi più corposi, apprezzando aromi e sapori diversi. L’atmosfera era rilassata e le spiegazioni dei sommelier hanno reso l’esperienza semplice e coinvolgente. Un ottimo modo per scoprire nuovi vini e affinare il palato senza stress.
Non ho suggerimenti, è stata una bella esperienza!

Azienda agricola Cascina Piano piccola realtà sui colli varesini zona Angera Lago Maggiore gestita da una coppia giovane molto preparata e soprattutto appassionata sentimento che riescono a trasmettere a pieno. Piavevole passeggiata tra le vigne molto ben curate godendo di una vista sul Lago Maggiore meravigliosa.
Abbiamo potuto assaggiare il loro vino di ottima qualità , (che abbiamo anche acquistato ) accompagnato da spiegazioni dettagliata con tranquillità in un atmosfera quasi familiare.
Comodissimo il servizio navetta offerto dai proprietari,ci sono venuti a prenderci nel parcheggio ai piedi della collina per poi riaccompagnarci.
Esperienza consiglia.

We came to Italy for our honeymoon and decided to have a vineyard tour and wine tasting at Azienda Agricola Cascina Piano. From start to finish, the process was easy, there was great communication between us and Francesca. We were staying in Stresa and Francesca gave us information on how to get there and what time. We ended up arriving early, and we were met at the ferry port by Francesca, who drove us to the vineyard. The tour was fascinating and Francesca was lovely, explaining the history of the vineyard and how her father started it when he retired. Talking to us about the wines and how they are made, helped us to fully appreciate the beautiful (and delicious) produce that comes from Azienda Agricola Cascina Piano. For the wine tasting, we went on a journey from white, to rosé, red to dessert, each one as delicious as the last or more! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this experience!

Lovely experience with friendly staff

Our wine-tasting was a lovely experience and one of our favourite memories from our holiday.

The location was beautiful and worth the many narrow and twisty roads to get there. The staff were very friendly and attentive, answering all our questions about both the wine and the local area.

Of course the wine was delicious, and also affordable enough to bring a few bottles back with us!

I would definitely recommend this experience.
