This guided wine experience begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the estate, offering insight into the unique climate, soils, and philosophy behind the wines of Wieserhof. Guests will learn about the seasonal work in the vineyard and the characteristics that shape the estate’s elegant Pinot wines.
The tasting focuses on a vertical experience of Pinot Blanc, featuring three different vintages from the winery’s complete range. This special comparison allows guests to discover how the wine evolves over time and how vintage conditions influence aroma, structure, and complexity. The experience is complemented by a tasting of the current vintage Pinot Noir.
To complete the experience, the wines are paired with a traditional South Tyrolean “Jause” featuring regional specialties carefully selected to match the wines.
