Here is what's in store for you
Discover the interesting wine country of Alicante: its land, its wineries, and the people of the hilly Alicante and well-known Costa Blanca that create a perfect microclimate for growing vines. Landscapes, vines, good company and nice food – all the necessary ingredients for a comfortable day trip!
Pick up in Valencia at 9 am and transfer to the Alicante Wine Region to start your wine day tour with 2 wineries and a special luch included in a winery.
When even the Alicantinos prefer a Rioja or Ribera del Duero, you know there is something seriously wrong with the image of the local wines. This image problem is undeserved: this province produces excellent wine. In the 17th century, it was as famous as Rioja wine is today. The D.O. Alicante (Denominación de Origen) is making a comeback.
We'll get back in Valencia by 5 pm with the awareness of having visited an unknown special wine destination.
