Here is what's in store for you

The Tili Family welcomes you in its winery surrounded by the green of Umbria, just a short walk from Assisi, to show you how the organic wine is produced, from the vineyard to the bottling, including passing through the fermentation and the aging in the oak casks.

At the end of the tour there will be a guided sensory tasting of Assisi DOC and Umbria Igt wines, paired with bruschette with the extra virgin olive oil produced by the farm, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses typical of our area with jams and balsamic vinegar and, in the end, homemade tozzetti (typical biscuits).

An experience not to be missed for who wants to discover the simple and natural tastes of our lands combined with high quality organic wines.

We booked this wine tasting quite last minute and super glad that we did. We had a great tour around the cellars and our guide spoke amazing English. We learnt lots and was really interesting to hear about the making of the wine. The second part of the tour which included tasting 5 different wines and trying local delicacies to match. Both the wine and food was beautiful, we were even seated overlooking the vineyards and mountains. We were very well looked after and would recommend to anyone.

We made a tour and learned quite some interesting new things. It has been my 9th visit to a wineyard and actually the best. It was so nice to be taken care by the owners (both generations) and the quality of wine was great. The view and the beauty of the tasting property was amazing. Authentic and just beautiful.

L’esperienza è stata davvero interessante! La signora Tili è stata davvero professionale e simpatica, spiegandoci tutto il processo necessario per ottenere il loro vino, rigorosamente biologico. Il cibo era ottimo! Ci siamo sentiti a casa, vogliamo assolutamente ritornare!
