4 Gli unici vini di Milano ()Solo per questo motivo un viaggio verso la collina di San Colombiano, alle porte di Milano, ma in pieno pavese, avrebbe senso. Un referendum decise, intelligentemente, di restare sotto Milano e non di passare sotto Pavia. Con tutti i vini dell'Oltrepo... Così i Riccardi, ma anche gli altri (pochi) produttore della collina si sono trovati una gallina dalle uova d'oro fra le mani (ops!) ... i filari. Quindi ecco il Dom, spumante, le riserve intitolate al campione di Scherma Enrico Riccardi, e i vini di pronta beva rossi San Rocco e Roverone su tutti. Ma anche la Verdea, l'uva bianca autoctona ferma, mossa e passita. Insomma una ampia collezione di vini e di blend fatti con giudizio e non troppo costosi. Che cosa volere di più. Il posto è bello, la vista pure, la cortesia anche.
