5 Great Wine Tasting Experience (Frederick & Susan)In August 2024 we did the tour and tasting at D'Erasmo Vini with our son and had an extraordinary experience. This year we had a friend visiting from the States and knew she would enjoy this winery - we were absolutely correct. The owner Gianluca met us in the parking lot and after greetings provided a nice tour of the vines and the production areas. Within the past year, they have made many beautiful improvements to the property to include dining and tasting areas, additional barrels, and apartments for overnight guests. They offer one peccorino, one rose, and one sangiovese, but all are superb. We bought a case of each as we did the year before. But in addition to the wine tasting is the local products provided with the tastings. It includes a variety of six cheeses, six meats, two types of breads with their homemade olive oil, Ascoli Piceno olives, a fried sweet custard (which was unique and very tasty), and homemade deserts. Most of the products were prepared by Gianluca's parents who were also present. Overall, they made it a lovely, welcoming afternoon.

5 Tasty and relaxed (Dan)The wine shop is just inside the historic part of town. A knowledgeable host introduced us to their broad selection of wines. We chose our tastings and then sat nearby for a relaxed experience. The wines were quite unique and all of them enjoyable. Since the winery isn’t on-site, we spent more time just tasting the wines and visiting the interesting shop.. Worth a visit!

4 A tasting that tells a story of passion and territory (GIULIA)We had a truly enjoyable tasting and visit experience at Cantine d’Erasmo, which I recommend without hesitation to those who love wine and authentic family-run businesses. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and warmth by the owner and his family. The welcome was sincere and spontaneous, the kind that makes you feel immediately at ease. During the visit, the owner passionately told us the story of this young winery, the daily work they do, and their future projects, conveying a genuine love for the territory and for wine. The location is splendid: a new and very well-kept facility, immersed in the typical landscape of the Marche region, which alone is worth the visit. Everything is tidy, clean, and designed with attention to detail. The wine tasting was excellent. Each wine was explained clearly and competently, making the tasting even more interesting and engaging. The selected wines were all very pleasant and well-representative of the territory. To accompany the tasting, a selection of cheeses and cured meats was offered, mostly local, truly exquisite and perfectly paired with the proposed wines. But what made this experience particularly pleasant was the hospitality: authentic, warm, and familiar.

5 Discovering an extraordinary winery (Anna)We had the pleasure of visiting this winery a few weeks ago and the experience was truly wonderful. Gianluca welcomed us, a young man but with a great passion for wine. We discovered that, besides being the owners' son, he has been working in this sector for a long time and has refined his studies in Viticulture and Oenology. With enthusiasm and professionalism, he told us the story of the winery, built from scratch thanks to the family's sacrifice and dedication. The tasting was a journey into the authentic flavors of the territory: we tasted three of their own wines — a rosé, a Pecorino, and a red. The Pecorino, in particular, left us speechless: something truly out of this world! We are grateful for the goodness of the wines we tasted and can't wait to come back next year, hoping to find new surprises to enjoy. Warm greetings to the owners from Anna & Fortunato.

4 From USA with love (Giulia)Arriving at the PS winery, we are welcomed by Dwight, one of the two owners, a kind winemaker of undisputed American origin. Maybe it's his accent and also the almost entirely international origin of the vines they use in their wines, but for a moment I forget I'm in Piceno. The tasting room is a real show, illuminated by the sunset light it looks directly out onto the vineyards. The craftsmanship of the winery is perceived in every word. Paying little attention to the trends of the moment and firmly anchored in their beliefs, the wines tell a story made of love and dedication. Considering that Dwight welcomed us after a full day spent in the vineyard harvesting, the thanks for the visit is twofold.
